It is only applicable to new consumer customers (whose service installation address has not been installed with any NETVIGATOR / LiKE1OO Broadband Service and HKT Fixed Line Service within 3 months prior to the application date) subscribing for designated estates. Customer must agree to continue to use the NETVIGATOR broadband service for at least 24 months and to the relevant terms and conditions, and allow us to complete the service installation within 30 days from the application date.

For 10G Fiber-to-the-Home Plans, bandwidth specification corresponds to a maximum downstream bandwidth of 10Gbps and maximum upstream bandwidth of 2.5Gbps. The actual speed you experience using the service will be less than the network specifications and affected by your device, technology, network and software used, network configuration and coverage, usage levels, international bandwidth and extraneous factors.
